Connecting to our Inner World

Understanding and connecting to our inner existence is as crucial as our outer physical form. It is important for us to know and to be aware of our bodies. By doing this we may boost our lives giving it a quality beyond comprehension. As we all know proper food for the soul is as important as proper nourishment for the body and therefore we should cherish our 3 treasures: Mind, Body and Spirit.

There are however, additional ways that we can apply longevity to our life as we all would love to live a long life and not grow old, although it is inevitable. Lao Tzu once quoted, “If you are quiet and tranquil you can become the ruler of the world (your inner world)”, and that brings us to the subject of today: MEDITATION.

Meditation is one of the most insightful forms of healing and relaxing. It is beyond doubt we can get in touch with our inner selves, we can open our energy centers know as ‘Chakras’. The chakras form a road map that can help us explore our physical, emotional and spiritual worlds because there is much more to us and to our vitality than meets the eye.

I have gained so much from meditating. It channeled me into an orb of discovery by removing blockages that I developed throughout my life. I am able to tap into and freely express my creative impulses as I desire. It has become part of my everyday routine. It has been said, “The more you fulfill yourself the closer you will approach your authentic self.” We can achieve that and so much more by simply applying such methods to our lifestyle. It can become our incarnation to healing ourselves.

So take some time out to explore and reconnect with your inner world. You may be surprised at what you may discover and the healing powers it may have on your physical, emotional and spiritual self.

Message to Readers:

The more uplifted you become in your inner environment, the more fulfilled you will be. Take one-step at a time to understand who you are and what your purpose is. It is up to you to take charge and make the change.

Hillary.

  1. Hey Hillary, it’s a great thing to get to know & understand one self, but will doing so enable me to grasp the elusive material thing that’s causing turmoil in my life @ this very moment? I know the question may suggest a lack of understanding/depth on my part, but believe me, I know what I am going through & it doesn’t seem like it’s a lack of understanding of my inner self that’s causing me such distress. Although it could be…

    • Nicky, I may not know the depth of what you are going through, what I do know, you need to find the source of what is the root and why.
By doing this it will enable you to make positive changes within your life first you need to love and respect yourself geniuely which will enlighten and channel your depth and bring clam to each decision or attituide you bring forth,as long as you admit that there is something to be done you’ll find the power within, after all we create our own world.
I’ll leave you with a passage from the book conversations with God
” The deepest secret is that life is not a process of discovery, but a process of creation”
